Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich and two other clubs in Germany are reportedly looking to add another Super Eagles player to Victor Boniface and Nathan Tella.
German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are reportedly preparing a shock €25 million bid for Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare, who has been in sensational form for Belgian club Genk this season.
Bayern Munich see Arokodare as a potential backup option for their star striker Harry Kane, with initial inquiries already made though no formal negotiations have started yet, according to this post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
The Nigerian striker’s prolific scoring record this season has made him a hot commodity, and Bayern will need to move quickly to secure his signature amid competition from other Bundesliga clubs.

This potential signing would add to the growing contingent of Nigerian players in Germany’s top flight, joining Super Eagles duo Victor Boniface and Nathan Tella, who both currently play for Bayer Leverkusen, and Gift Orban of Hoffenheim.
Boniface has been a key figure for Leverkusen, scoring 22 goals in 42 Bundesliga appearances and helping the club win its first-ever Bundesliga title in the 2023/24 season.

Tella, meanwhile, has also made important contributions, including scoring against Bayern Munich in the DFB-Pokal.
Arokodare’s move to Bayern would represent a major step up, offering him a bigger platform to showcase his talents in one of Europe’s elite clubs and continuing the trend of Nigerian stars making significant impacts in the Bundesliga
